Podzia\u0142 uczestnik\u00f3w bior\u0105cych we wdro\u017ceniu zosta\u0142 okre\u015blony w nowelizacji ustawy Prawo energetyczne z dnia 21 maja 2025 r. Zako\u0144czenie procesu wdro\u017cenia jest planowane 19 pa\u017adziernika 2026 r.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; margin-bottom: 1.6em; font-family: Lato, sans-serif !important;\"><span style=\"font-family: lato-light;\">System ten ma przede wszystkim ujednolici\u0107, zwi\u0119kszy\u0107 pewno\u015b\u0107 danych i przyspieszy\u0107 procesy z zakresu funkcjonowania detalicznego rynku energii elektrycznej tj. procesy dotycz\u0105ce um\u00f3w sprzeda\u017cy, dystrybucji i um\u00f3w kompleksowych, procesy zwi\u0105zane z punktami pomiarowymi oraz procesem bilansowania.
